Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The baby monitor on your home Wi-Fi is free forever: 8 hours a day, one camera, no ads. If you need a long day, you can move an hour from the rest of the month to today.
How does the free trial work?
Every new family gets the full baby monitor free for its first 30 days, automatically: watch from anywhere, no time limits, no card needed. After that it becomes the Free plan unless you choose a paid one. Calls to the TV, photos and video messages are on the paid plans.
Does one plan cover the whole family?
Yes. One plan covers everyone in your family on FamilyView, on every phone and TV. Multi-House covers up to four households.
What else do I need to buy?
For calls on the TV: a Samsung smart TV from 2022 on and the Samsung Slim Fit Cam (about $100), which you own. For the baby monitor: any spare Android phone works as the camera.
How do I cancel?
From the app or familyviewtv.com, in your account. There is no contract and nothing to send back.
