Do I need a smartphone?
No. Everything happens on your TV. Your family uses the app on their phones or the website to call you.
Can strangers call my TV?
No. Only the people in your family on FamilyView can call your TV.
Can I call them too?
Yes. Everyone in your family has a picture on your TV with a Call button. Pick a face and press OK.
What does it cost?
Calls to your TV are part of the Family plan, $14.99 a month for the whole family. One plan covers everyone, and your family can pay for it.
Is it private?
Yes. Your calls stay inside your family. One-to-one video calls are end-to-end encrypted, there are no ads, and nothing about your family is ever sold.
