When you register for and use FamilyView, we may collect the following personal information:

• Profile Information: User profile photos/avatars, nicknames within family groups
• Family Relationships: Information about family group memberships and relationships between users

Device Information

We collect information about the devices you use to access FamilyView:

• Device Unique Identifiers: Samsung DUID (Device Unique ID), device serial numbers, and app-generated device identifiers
• Device Details: Device type (TV, mobile), device name, platform (Tizen, iOS, Android, Web), operating system version, app version
• Network Information: IP address (for connection purposes only, not stored long-term)

Camera and Microphone Data

FamilyView requires access to your device's camera and microphone to enable video calling and baby monitor features:

• Video/Audio Streams: Real-time video and audio data transmitted during calls (not recorded or stored on our servers)
• Camera Access: Used for video calls and baby monitor streaming
• Microphone Access: Used for audio during calls and sound detection in baby monitor mode

Usage Information

We collect information about how you use the App:

• Online/Offline Status: When your devices connect to or disconnect from our service
• Call History: Records of calls made (caller, recipient, timestamp, duration) - content is NOT recorded
• Baby Monitor Sessions: Session start/end times, viewer connections (stream content is NOT stored)
• App Usage: Feature usage patterns to improve our service
