You can delete your FamilyView account at any time. It takes a minute.
In the app (fastest)
- Open FamilyView on your phone.
- Go to Settings, then Delete account.
- Enter your password and tap Delete my account.
Without the app
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my FamilyView account". We confirm it is you, delete the account, and reply when it is done, within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your name, email, phone number, password and profile picture.
- The photos, video messages and recordings you shared.
- Your sign-ins, push notification tokens and pending invitations. You leave every family.
What is kept
- Call records, activity records and support requests, attached to an anonymous "Deleted user" instead of you.
- For legal reasons only: the email, phone and name the account was registered with, its dates, devices, and the IP addresses of its sign-ups and sign-ins, so we can answer lawful requests. See the privacy policy.
A deleted account cannot be restored.
